VIRTUAL CLASSES

It’s important to keep your mind and body healthy during times of uncertainty. Our virtual classes are FREE of charge, easy to connect to, and offer options for beginning and more experienced participants. Current offerings include mindfulness classes like yoga, meditation, and nutrition, and fitness classes such as core conditioning, boot camp, and Zumba®.


VIRTUAL INTRAMURALS

Try something new with our virtual intramural offerings! Challenge yourself by taking our Run/Walk Challenge, participate in our Step Counting Competition, join our Self-Directed Duathlon, submit a video in our Trick Shot Challenge, and think outside the box in the National Collegiate Trivia Contest!

Facilities are closed

Your health and safety are important to us. In light of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, UW Recreation has closed all facilities until further notice. We will let you know as soon as possible when we will re-open, and in the meantime, please check out our selection of virtual classes. These are free and open to all.

Facilities closed include the IMA Building, Waterfront Activities Center and Waterfront docks, Golf Range, ASUW Shell House, Pavilion Pool, Husky Rock, Fields 1 – 4, all tennis and sand volleyball courts, and the Chase Anderson Basketball courts. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and look forward to serving you soon.
