While new purchase and cash advances are stopped when you lock your credit card, certain transactions will continue: transactions identified as recurring by the merchant, transactions made prior to locking your card, balance transfers, overdraft protection, checks, account related fees, interest, dispute adjustments, reward redemptions, and the posting of refunds or other credits to the account.
Online bill pay is a free service within PNC Online Banking that is available for residents within the US who have a qualifying checking account. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access to this service. Payments to billers outside of the United States or its territories are prohibited through this service. Tax payments, payments to settle securities transactions, and court ordered payments may be scheduled through the Service; however, such payments are discouraged and must be scheduled at your own risk.
Instant Card Issuance only available for certain PNC cards in select PNC branches. To locate a PNC branch which this feature is available, please use the locator feature. Two minutes is the average time to print a new debit card in PNC branches. PNC does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, third party message and data rates may apply. These include fees your wireless carrier may charge you for data usage and text messaging services. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and any data usage or text messaging charges that may apply. Also, a supported mobile device is needed to use the Mobile Banking App.
Mobile Deposit is a feature of PNC Mobile Banking. Use of the Mobile Deposit feature requires a supported camera-equipped device and you must download a PNC mobile banking app. Eligible PNC Bank account and PNC Bank Online Banking required. Pay with Rewards is available for PNC points®, PNC Flex®, or PNC Cash Rewards® credit card customers using PNC Pay through the PNC Mobile App. This feature is available only to customers who have a points or cash back balance large enough to pay for their entire purchase.
Zelle should only be used to send or receive money with people you trust. Before using Zelle to send money, you should confirm the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number. Neither PNC nor Zelle offer a protection program for authorized payments made with Zelle. Zelle is available to almost anyone with a bank account in the U.S. Transactions typically occur in minutes between enrolled users. If the recipient has not enrolled, the payment will expire after 14 calendar days.
Online Banking is free to customers with an eligible account; however there may be a fee for certain optional services. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access to Online Banking or any of its services. All online banking services are subject to and conditional upon adherence to the terms and conditions of the PNC Online Banking Service Agreement.
Federal regulation prohibits you from making more than a total of 6 transfers each month to other accounts from a savings or money market account (including transfers to another account for overdraft protection) or to third parties each month by check, through point-of-sale purchase transactions with a banking card, by preauthorized or automatic agreements, telephone, or online.
