VERMILLION, S.D. – The University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business announced this week that they will begin hosting webinars on key topics to help South Dakota businesses manage through crisis. The new effort is a collaboration between the state’s flagship business school and its outreach centers: the Prairie Family Business Association (PFBA) and the South Dakota Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

The competition is open to high school and college students and will award $7,000 in total prize money to aspiring entrepreneurs. VERMILLION, S.D. – Citing the continued high risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus throughout the United States and in the interest of public safety, the South Dakota Board of Regents (SDBOR) announced today that classes will temporarily move online for all of its institutions, including the University of South Dakota.

This decision is based on guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and recommendations from the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
